Were can I get a 70 E body dome light switch that goes in the area in front of the doors?

Year One offers them under part # NG1031. Not sure if they are 'correct', but they should do the job.

(I can't remember where I bought mine from...it might have been from a vendor at the Mopar Nats a couple years ago.)

70/71 B and E bodies... maybe some other bodies too, are with 3 small pins on driver side...THEY ARE HARD TO FIND and expensive if you do.

since 72 they were changed to the regular two prongs ones.

You can change the switch for the 2 prongs kind and just need to splice two wires in to one terminal, keeping just the black wire alone what is the one that drives the driver side door ground to make work the key in buzzer and lights on buzzer.
