Who makes the best? ........It seems like EVERY single one I've bought lately is a piece of crap ........fuel gauge doesn't work, the gauge pegs if grounded, and I've a run good ground from the body to the unit.....
If you can't handle the truth, you're living a lie.......

I need a good 3/8 one also. W all the reported probs I am going to take my OE 5/16" one & solder in/swedge a 3/8 line which'll let me get the bottom of the line (the horizontle bend) parallel to the tank bottom & just off of the bottom (no sock). Plus I filter each 5 gallons of gas I put in & there's a surprising amt of crud coming right from the filtered gas station pump
live every 24 hour block of time like it's your last day on earth

Well, I finally got around to putting some gas in my tank and I believe the unit I bought is going to be pretty close. I put 5 gallons in out of a can and it showed just a little over a quarter tank. I will be driving the car to a station tomorrow and adding more gas in increments just to see where it reads, I'll let you know. This is where I got mine. http://www.classiccarautoparts.com/about.html
