I am running a front motorplate, no midplate and a poly trans mount with a 500" BB. I am looking at installing a side engine limiter and a fore/aft limiter. Any pics? Its an e-body if it matters?

I'm getting ready to make a set for the Valiant. Prolly be a week or so. I'll get you a pic. I plan on useing a couple turnbuckels. One on each side going from the frame to a motormount boss on the block.

When you going to the track again? I hope to get the new headers back this week and hope to get out this weekend.

not the best picture but if you look closely i made a mount that goes to the original hemi motor mount pad and then has a shaft with one heim on it that mounts under the frame rail.

Stock chassis or tube chassis?

I came off the motor mount ears to the chassis... a
few of the guys are using the 2 ears on the trans to
the trans cross member... some are using a pan bolt and
going to the K-member... multiple ways of doing the
limiters... I put mine so I can remove them from the
topside of the car when removing the engine/trans...
the only thing I do under the car when pulling the
engine/trans is the bolts on the drive shaft and the
1 bolt in the trans cross member.... everything else
is from the top

It is not a tube chassis. I have seen guys running limiters from each side of the motor to the frame with a front motor plate only. I guess I was under the assumption that these were a supplement to the motor plate b/c I have seen most fore/aft positioned with the length of the car?

If you look closely at the limiters the ones that
run to the frame are on a angle going forward or
could be on a rearward angle... either way its taking
the fore/aft loading... the more the limiters angle
forward/backwards is easier to control the load
(straight front or back would be best but sometimes
you just cant get there)
