i got a set of hedman shorty headers for the '58, cause being a full frame, NOONE makes long tubes.
The instuctions say to use Mcleod starter # 810159, but that number comes up invalid. So i tried # 810158 as recommended by someone who used it with these headers, but i can't locate that either.
What other mini starter options are there?

I'm not sure.
MAYBE the mcleod they recommend is the smallest? I'd rather not just buy any BB mini starter, and find out it has clearance issues.

I used a mini starter from DB Electrical (that I bought on egay) on my 440 with Hedman shorty headers and fit fine.
