Try looking at the actuators on the drvr side of the air box under the dash. Pull one off & move the blend door or mode door switches & see if the actuator moves. If so, try to carefully manually move the door on the air box. Caravans are bad about breaking the tab on the blend door where the actuator attaches & hangs up blocking the air. Have to pull the dash & air box to replace it. If the actuator doesn't move when turning the switches, may have a head unit problem or defective actuator.
Blown & Injected, need I say more?

"I had a similar problem with my '06 Ram, and it was the blower doors inside the ducts. Does the '05 Durango typically have the same typical problem?? " Yep
It really doesn't matter whether you win or lose… as long as you look good doing it!
