I'm in the process of working my way through the windows on my restoration.

The passenger side rear quarter window is nice (just needs to be cleaned up) but needs to be reinstalled in the window channel.

Is there a glue or adhesive strip used to do this? Is it applied to the horizontal channel and the vertical channel too?

Here's a pic of the window just sitting in.

thanks
Tom

I took mine to a glass guy, who used an epoxy to re-set the parts. In an e-body there is a pot metal lower attaching bracket that needs to be very securely attached to the glass. I had the stainless steel parts polished first and used new glass.
