Injector bungs will need to be be pressed and welded into the manifold. The valley pan can either be fabricated with some sheet metal and a brake, or the off the shelf mp piece (which is often hard to find).
There is no thermostat housing since most racers don't use a thermostat. A manifold will need to be fabricated to incorporate a thermostat if you decide to use one....or lacking that, it might be cleaner to route all the water coming out of the heads right into the radiator.

There is a 59 degree version of a W9, would I use them, no, but it's not my car or money.
As Zippy said, it will require a water manifold if you are planning on using a thermostat. There are examples out there from various vendors that you can plumb 4 hoses into, most will make their own though.
I dare say Ryan will chime in with more detailed information, but an Indy head might get the job done and meet your requirements.

I'd buy a pint or two for a link to one of these vendors. I am puzzling over how to make my own and have some ideas , but welding aluminum isn't in my bag of tricks and if I have to pay for welding , I may as well pay for a purpose built unit. I can't find anything yet in my searches.
I have to add.........59 degree W-9's will out flow most other head choices for this application , so they aren't a bad choice necessarily. The extra head bolt bosses are typically shaved off from what I have seen. They have a notch cut on the side of the port for pushrod clearance that will restrict your ability to open up the intake port to a max flow job , but you should be able to get some very good numbers from them just the same. More than a well done W-2 I'd bet. With a better chamber , aluminum construction and more air flow , they look like a nice choice. You will spend more on rockers , headers and the rest of the supporting cast to make them work........this can be a draw back. Does the " cool and unique factor " tilt the scales in their favor ? For me , yes. But I'm going 48 degree.

I ended up making a couple of water manifolds for the heads(I never seen anything being sold out there) and I made a box with the cap to hook the manifold lines to.... all home made stuff

Another issue I will hit is the front mount distributor. Not impossible , but it will have to be clever because I won't stand for unsightly. Ken , your would be the best approach..........but I also would like a thermostat. Not mandatory , but I am going to try and make it work.
