I am polling to help me decide on whether I should leave the AC unit on my 69 M-code Cuda 440 in or not. I know they did not orginally come with it, but this was installed back in 1976. When I found this 41K original mileage car it had it installed (old style compressor, brackets, underdash unit, and all vintage parts. The upper radiator hose was relocated to the passenger's side to accomadate the compressor. I like the bare bones motor look, but the AC add-on seems to be a big part of the car's story line. Let me know your thoughts. thanks,

I vote to keep it! History that would be gone if you remove it. Surely not another M-code A-body like it! Nice to be different and being historical to the car.
I'm the CARETAKER of Weinstats '69 440 'cuda registry and have 104 of the 360 cars to date. 84 fastbacks/20 coupes. Always looking for new(REAL M-code) '69 440 'cudas to add to the registry so drop me a note if any are found or known. This isn't a publicly released registry. Thanks, Dave
