just thought I'd share
This is a AMC fbs head but I am sure they are almost identical.the ports line up perfect on the gasket other than the B-1 gasket is 1/2 inch taller

Thanks for the pic. Is the intake-to-head mating angle the same? BTW what's with the small pushrods?

Ok yes the angle is the same as a matter of fact I just set a 400 low deck B1 intake on it . and it fit rather well,maybe to well. ..

The pushrods are 3/8 I don't think They need to be any bigger?

Depends on the cam. Most high end motors will use something bigger. The longer the pushrod, the bigger it has to be. The same goes for valve train weight, rate of lift, spring used, etc.
