Randy nope that started in 70, i believe (dont know for sure) that the 71 bench seat b bodies used the forward mount like the earlier cars.

Unless you can bolt a 66-69 crossmember in you are going to have to modify the crossmember , the mount location is in a different place , right in the middle of the crossmember. I do not know if there is a crossmember for a B/E body that is not a spool mount ?
