What do you mean by "cut out" are the attaching points all still intact? Is the K member still in the car?
Upper control arms, spindles, tie rods, torsion bars, are all pretty easy 66-72 B body & 70-74 E body
Lower control arms, sway bar are 70-72 B body & 70-74 E body... Drag link I believe is 71-72 B body & 70-74 E body

Somebody needs to attach a pic of a 71 Bbody engine compartment with the suspension removed so he can see what needs to be there in order to mount a new suspension setup. I have a feeling the shock towers have been cut of the inner fenders and the frame rails may even have been cut off.
