I don't know of any "kits" you can buy the O rings at any auto part store, same with the oil. Your'll need new hoses also imo. They come with new O rings.

Most of the big Autoparts chain stores carry an "A/C rebuild" kit or conversion kit that includes a host of o-rings that are compatable with R134. In the kit it will also include the schrader valves necessary for the conversion.

These kits are not "mopar" specific, but will include everything you need and possibly more.

PS. don't forget to drain and change the oil to a R134 compatable oil, as well as install a new dryer

Yeah old standard A/C hoses aren't gonna work for long... A R134 molecule is smaller than a R12 molecule so what may have been a slow leak with R12 will be a problem with R134... Replace the Receiver Dryer, flush each component of the system to get as much oil out as possible & replace with Ester Oil... Seal up any areas where air can bypass the condenser to maximize it's effectiveness... Ideally a bigger condenser is needed but most change-overs don't get that so at least try to push all the air through the one you have...
