I'm pondering doing the mini tub job to my 76 Dart Sport .... can anyone tell me if the stock rear seat can easily be retained ?
Will a lot of modification to the seat be required ... or, hopefully none ??

thanks for any help !

I have done a couple and the only mod I have had to make was the slight rearrangement of one seat spring on each side for clearance. Other than that, no issue. Just heat it with a torch and re bend to suit. You may or may not have to do that. And this only applies if you are re-using the stock wheelhouse. If using an A/M wheeltub I think you are S.O.L.- no back seat unless a full custom seat?

yes, it will be re-use of the stock inner wheel house ... so this is sounding promising so far

We used aftermarket tubs in our 71 Demon and as BeeQuik mentioned,if you use those..no back seat unless custom made.

Nautilus Racing-
We use Superformance gaskets and Turbo Action converters/products.

E bodies are not that easy though....because of the plastic rear panels.

I planned on mini tubbing my street cuda, but decided against it because it wuld mess up the fit of the rear interior panels.

My Valiant is mini tubbed and I just cut the piece BeeQuick bent, lol. Not exactly a show car here and no one sits back there anyway.
