every season i try to develop my racecar a little more & since the engine & trans are holding out well, i was considering doing more to the chassis. has any member here used the CAP LCA & if so is it a good piece? i have the CAP upper arms & found them very handy & allowed for the upper shock mount to be relocated, to replace the LCA would be my next logical move. any feedback is appreciated.
REB.

i have them on my challenger. i bought them for half of what they would have costed. they are no lighter than a stock control arm. i really dont see a reason to even buy them and would not have been happy if i paid full price. they look cool though

money better spent elsewhere

which one's, the standard one's or the coilover conversion ones? I just put on the coilover conversion type and so far so good but I have not hit the track with them yet,,appear to be beefy and you have to grind on the K member a little to get them to fit.

i was considering the std torsion bar ones. they claim to be lighter than the stock arms so are you sure they weigh the same sixpack?

I bought the entire set up. Have not ran it yet. But it fits well.

mine are torsion bar arms. yes, im sure. i weigh everything and was disappointed and i read that also they say something like 8lbs weight savings. not true. go weigh a stock control arm then really think about it. can they really make this part 4lbs lighter

I know this is about the lower control arms but since the k frame has been brought up.
Wait till you put your motor in before you comment about fit
Hopefully the rack doesn't hit your oil pump like the one I saw installed did.
The owner also had to weld some tabs on the frame to keep it from moving back and forth.
He wasn't a happy customer like you are.
