I have a space saver with a part number- -3699117- -stamped above the valve stem. All the other numbers stamped by the valve stem are unreadable except for an 8, for the month it was made. Can someone tell me what year and vehicle would have used this spare by the part number? Thanks!

Can't pin it down but 75-76 time frame..
