you can have them re-arched, but that should be done at a pro shop. they also typically add in an extra leaf when they do that, to help prevent them from sagging again.
I think most people though, chose to buy 100% brand new prings from someone like EPSO, Mancini, etc. because the originals are now 40 year old, fatigued spring steel.
