I am putting a 440 together for my younger brother, here is what we have got. 1967 R/T Coronet, all steel, full interior. '69 440 with KB pistons final comp will be 9.66 to 1,Lunati voo-doo 603,906 heads with very minor bowl work, minor touch-up on exhaust short radius. .030 overbore, still has 3.75 in stroke. Mopar M-1 dual plane intake with a vac 750 Holley. 3.23 rear gear,235/70/15 tires. Car most likely will never see the track but must be snappy on the street and be happy on hi-way trips. Dont have em yet but headers will be used. The trans is the OE 67 R/T unit that has been freshened. Do we want to use the stock T/Q or should we use a little higher stall? I am in Ohio and he is in Wisconsin so I'd like this to go good the first try. Thanks everyone.

IMHO,a stock high stall should fit the bill
