Thats why I was thinking of sending back to dynamic since they built it they should know it,but I am open to suggestions. How do you know when it needs to be done? I bought it used off here last year and it seems ok but do not know if I should take the chance or not?

When I talked to Paul at T/A he said the conv was a very efficient conv and when we got done talking the engine set up he figured it would stall 5000 to 5200 but I dont know yet and I want to see the slippage when in OD... I'll give up a bit of stall if he can make the slippage decent in OD... have to see

So when I call will I get to talk to Lenny?
I currently have an 8" ATI that worked awesome with my last engine - however I have moved up from 496 to a 540 and last year used the same converter and it just does not feel the same. My 60ft is great but at the top end it feels like I'm driving through it and spinning the engine way too high. Torn between sending it back to ATI or seeing if Ultimate would rebuild it to what I need

I hear what you are saying,Russ! My PTC did the same thing..My best 60' was a 1.42 on worn out slicks and leafs...I know I was driving thru mine...Let us know what you do...I still think mine will go back to PTC...
Well i called a few different places. Lenny said probably 4 weeks. Am thinking of sending it to ptc. How is their service? This is for a low hp (400) car that is mainly street and some weekend racing.
