4boxers4 OP super stock Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 957 Heart of Ohio	Looking to prime my 440 and I want to think that the direction to spin the drill is counter clockwise for some reason. I can't seem to find clarification on that. Can someone please chime in on the priming tips, please? Thanks! Persistance is omnipotent Durability Engineer, Chair and Couch division...

DaytonaTurbo Too Many Posts Joined: Feb 2003 Posts: 21,318 Manitoba, Canada	Yes your drill needs to be in reverse. If you have it in the forward direction you'll spin your drill all day and not build any pressure. Having a helper turn the motor over while priming is not a bad idea.

Took some fresh pictures of my priming rods. The one with the yellow tape is homemade from a 3/8" peice of tubing.
