It's on the front of the k frame....Here's a previous thread on where the "coin" is located...Sometimes the coin was welded over an existing part number when a standard k frame was modified with a skidplate or other factors .... link

I picked up a used k-member, and wanted to verify what it was from. It is probably pre-'70, so no number, I guess. Thank you for the helpful link!

Not sure what year started that stamping location but I know 69 also had The numbers on the front face of a production line piece reguardless of the application unless it's an NOS piece...Some of those had the number stamped on with paint instead...Here's a 69 k frame ID pic....

I found numbers on this one: 2548 2. So, apparently it is from a '69 model, and should work fine in my '67 Belvedere. Thanks again for the help!
