I have this set set up for ten years never had a problem but while adjusting valves today i noticed that on one of the rockers that the pin that goes through the roller part on the rocker arm has a lot of play in it. i bought these heads complete and have not touched them. its a 360 block with 340 X heads, its a flat tappet cam. Does anyone recognize these rocker arms so i can replace the bad one. any help would be great. Thank you

Best guess its aftermarket. I don't believe any muscle car factory offering had roller tips. A pic would help a lot.

Those look like comp SB magnum rocker arms. The ones they sold a few years ago, not their current offering.

its not a magnnum motor but i guess those could be them, they are about 10 years old id guess the heads were put together in mid 90's

Magnum was Comp's name for them........has nothing to do with the magnum engine.

The newer comp magnums look a little different but should work the same. Fit along the shaft may be the same - fitup and adjust shims as needed. Comp will probably sell one.

I believe comp offers a rebuild service - worth checking at least. It might be a good idea to get all rebuilt in case another is close to failure.

I think the newer ones are called pro magnum. They are LA rockers marketed with the name "magnmum".

couldnt find anything that looked like those on comp cams website. keep the ideas rolling but i will call them tomorrow,.,. they do have an H engraved on rockers

They do look like magnums, except for the square edge around the valve side of the "bathtub"...maybe older ones? they quit selling them about a year ago....right after I bought mine. There should be a CC embossed on them on the side.

If they really are 10 years old and you found a lose pin on one, I would be getting rid of all of them.

Any other thoughts on what these might be, not having much luck, plus if i do get new ones I dont know what the ratios are either. This will be my spare motor soon so i dont want to put a lot of money into this, like new pushrods and stuff.

could these be crower, any other ideas? i have had no luck with finding out what these are or the ratios. im affraid that it may break and dont want to take the chance. i have no racing this week but will be going to sgmp division race next week and would like to get it replaced.

I was going to say CROWER, but I think they are discontinued. My buddy has a set identical to those on his small block chevy, with the exception his are stud mounted. but Crower should be able to work on them.
