The correct answer is:
....nobody can accurately tell you that. There is no information on combinations of colors and options.

The fact that it has no decals is PROBABLY something that the dealer did at the customers request. We used to have customers ask that we not put the dealership decals on their car and some that would ask for certain decals to be removed from in stock cars that they bought. There was a code to delete standard stripes for cars such as Super Bees, R/Ts, etc. But I knew of nothing that was listed in sales ordering guides to delete NAME decals. That is not to say it could not be done, but it would be something that would have been done between the dealer and the factory sales rep that would handle it as an internal special request. If this was an "ordered car" there would be no "proof" of this unless the original customer had some special instructions to the selling dealer to do so. Either way, I can't see it making difference in the value of the car. In fact, MOST people by a Roadrunner because it IS a Roadrunner and i would think they would want it to be recognized as such.

1 of none, no stickers???? Sounds like a Sat.
its a RR. sticker delete on the sheet.
I posted my response before I saw this.
What exactly is this "sheet" you are referring to? Can you post a picture of it?

Anything is possible on the sticker delete, but a 69 Road Runner also has emblems. And those emblems were pin type requiring holes to be drilled in the doors and trunck lid. I don't recall any special sticker delete codes. And, since the holes are drilled for the "RM" bodied cars way before they are assembled, its not likely that the holes were skipped during assembly. Now, this could be a 69 Sat ordered like a Road Runner (383/4 speed, etc.). Which was done back in 69. But without a broadcast sheet as proof, I think someone most likely removed them in the past and filled in the holes.

I didn't even think about the emblem holes.
And yes, it would have been just as easy to special order a Belvidere with a 383 Commando then to order a RR without the above. In fact these things happened occassionally back in the day with fellows that were stealth enough to avoid the higher insurance and also wanted a sleeper street machine.
Are you sure it is in fact an RR? Does the V.I.N. bebine RM, RL, OR RH?

Mythbusters strike again. I usually say "Never say Never" with Ma Mopar, but in this case, no way there is a sticker delete road runner from the factory. Not even a way to do that on the build sheet.
