Who restores the smaller electrical components to original. Items like the starter relay (yellow cad vs. the silver zinc now available). Or what are the rest of you doing to get the correct looking items? I have two COMPLETE cars with all date codes intact cars that I am working on and would love to have the little detail items as correct as the rest of the car.

Your help would be GREATLY appreciated

You can contact Jules, who comes highly recommended:

You could also try here, although I have no experience with them:

Thanks 70RT, I will give them both a try. In the meantime, do you or anyone else know of a distributor who sells the gold color starter relays?

I have had experience with Jim at JS Restorations. He is a top notch guy and does outstanding work. He is also willing to go above and beyond to help you find the parts you need. He also did a great job at giving me status updates.

2444442 is still avail thru mopar. which fits 1966 and up with an automatic trans
as well as 1970 and later with both manual or auto transmission

Standard makes a yellow zinc plated relay -
S102 replaces 2444442
S101 replaces 2444453
neither carry the original stamped # as original obviously.
But, If the originals are nice just have them replated?
