Are you asking where to drill the hole? I can't answer your question, but whoever can will need to know the year and model of your B, as well as if it is a 2 door or 4 door.

on 3rd gens Chargers door has the location on frame, and panel is precut
I'm pretty sure the same on earliers

I guess I should have included more info. This is on a 70 Roadrunner, yes this is the inside knob for the drivers door.
