I have been patiently waiting for the smallblock ready to run FIRECORE distributor

I believe you use the RB dist with the adapter.

I've never seen a pic of the adapter but its basically a machined tubing spacer that fits the dist hole in the block and the other end takes the dist. end and the holddown clamp is the added length. Its the thickness of the height difference between the b and rb blocks.

They've been around forever - originally for running factory tach-drive distributors (which only came in RB lengths) in B's

These are the ones I used to make and sell. The one on the right is the old style I made then I made the newer style for MSD distributors. I think I had a price of $55 as you see it with hold down and O ring and couldn't sell enough to warrant making them anymore.

Will the 383 Firecore Dist. with the adpt. work with the cheep e-bay Alum. sheet metal fab. valve covers?

There is plenty of room for the distributor. I love those adaptors. Have any more of those ? About the distributors, the ready to run Low Decks are coming, but not for awhile.. Sorry.
