i'm in the process of putting an intake and a 4bbl carb off a 340 onto my 318 in my road runner. after searching advance auto's site, there are like 10 different gasket and sets to choose from for 340s. can someone make it easy for me and point me to the exact part that will fit for what i'm trying to do? if possible, a part number so i can just pick it up at my local advance auto or pep boys or whatever.

i already have the carb rebuild kit, just need the manifold gaskets.

thanks!

You need the 1975 318 set. It is a 318 engine you are working on.

whenever i put a 340 intake on a 318 i always used the paper type 340 intake gaskets IIRC they were MR Gasket brand

well, after doing some searching on summits site, i'm guessing i should use the 307G? the 306G comes up if i search for it on advance auto.

IIRC, I used the 307 but it appears either one will work.
