Yes and no. The head is 20cc smaller, so compression rises to 11.6. You will also need custom pushrods and an intake with 6.1 size ports.

so you tellihg me that if I use the 09 heads my compression will be over 11 to 1 this is to much compression for the gas they sell today I will like to be around 9.2 at the most intake is no problem I will buy a MOD MAN with six pack carb so the pushrod in the 09 will not work who sell custom push rod also i will need ticker head gasket that shound be a problem I want to install this motor in my 72 duster thanks for the advice .

Compression will need to be dropped. A custom head gasket is the easiest choice. Custom pushrods have to be measured and ordered from a custom pushrod place, such as the Pushrod Factory. The 09 pushrods will not work. Are you sure the mod man fits under the hood?
