Found this one of Robbins Demon. Pretty sure it was the L5 Butterscotch demon he got from me. Also sold him the purple 72 Cuda. Anyone have any pics of it back then? A friend here in town still races it.

I'm pretty sure the demon came from the Hardesty's-spelling? guy in Texas.

One day I will have something cool here.

Might be. I know he started running a demon after he bought one from me. Didn't know if it was my old one or not?

Robbins got both the Demon, and RoadRunner from Hardesty. Both were built by Bevis Built Racecars. RoadRunner started out with a Wedge, and then a HEMI. Demon had a B1 Wedge.

The Feb 97 issue of Mopar Action says the Hardesty's bought a Demon body from Robbins in the spring of '96. It says it was a real 340 car, but was set up for a BB when they(Hardesty's) bought it. The Hardesty's had Bevis Built do the work on it.

I bought this car from a guy in NC who bought it from Robbins. Although I don't think Mike ever raced it. Rumored to have a 600+ Hemi in it.
