Hey guys, I just got a 68 Plymouth and am not too familiar with the instrument cluster options. The last slot on the right next to the tempurature guage is blanked out. I've seen a clock guage that goes in there; is there also an optional factory tach option?

yes, that tach is uaually referred to as the postage stamp tach due to its squarish appearence.

you can get a new reproduction tach for it, but you can spot the repops easily.

my tich-toch-tach in the Charger was horribly innacurate. Is this one bad too? Is there someone putting new electroninc to these tachs to make them accurate?

I like my interiors looking bone stock, so an aftermarket tach is not for me...

Got my from Herbs it was made by Charger Specialities. New ones are much more accurate then the orignals. Unless your going for OE gold at the nationals they look fine. If somebody has there face that close to the tach to tell the difference tell them to get out of your car.
