How much is a 69 6 pack roadrunner worth? It has
7500 actual miles, been a race car most all of its life. Original motor and trans are gone,4-spd.Dana is still there as is original radiator, all chrome is there and good,Car has no rust anywhere and most of interior is still there and good.I have a chance to buy this car.
Thanks for your help.

Pictures would help, but I would think an absolutely clean roller might get the 25-30 range.

I can't afford this. mark

at that price you'd be better off buying a finished car

I think what he meant to say is you can buy a nice driver right now for less than it would cost to buy this car for say 25K and restore it to high #3/low #2 condition.

Doesn't seem like Mopars are getting any respect right now, which puzzles me. GTO's and Mustangs still seem to be holding their own.

You'll get all kinds of replies. I personally think 10-15 with 20k tops.

In february I bought an all #'s, one owner project that was very solid with a fresh #'s motor and original title. Everything was there except the exhaust manifold and H-wheels. Paid not much more than the original price quote you got.

2 A12 RR sold at the Indy Mecum. One brought $146K, the other $132K. Both 4-spds.

There is a real nice one on Ebay right now @ 49K. I'm sure the reserve is way more.

The prices seem to be between 60-150k on a finished car. #'s and stuff make a huge difference.

Is there a build sheet, clear title, race history, data plate? What colors? buckets or column shift? All these make a difference.

I've been looking at these for a while and the I don't believe the prices from the Mecum auctions are real sales. Just my opinion but there is far more going on at the high profile auctions than meets the eye. Dealers bid up the cars to hold the values or make new highs in hopes of hooking some sucker who hasn't been paying attention. I can't count how many dealer ads I've seen for these claim the auction results as gospel as to the cars value.

I think this car without matching numbers block all done up would be worth $60K, maybe a little more. One possible problem is that in my opinion, prices are still falling so that by the time you get it done, it may be worth less.

That was funny!
I agree with he original estimate on the roller of 20K to 30K if it is as nice as he says? I might pay a bit less, but I think that it will probable bring this? The green one listed on Ebay seems to be a pretty darn nice car! A 4spd too! I believe that he is trying to get $59,000 for the car!
