I have a fan that has seven blades and a part number (46237) Is this the proper fan for a 69 440 motor? The fan is 18 inches across and has a 1.250 spacer. Another question i have is should i go with a viscous fan.
thanks for your help

That is not a part number, I think it's a vendor code , if you have a big block with max cooling you are looking for the 18" 216 fan , it would more than likely be stamped in white ink .

Sometimes the part nos is in white ink and sometimes stamped into one of the blades. If it is 18 then the number would end in "16".
