Finally a HUSKER again
So what is a known good thread count sticking out from the heads? Ive never used bolts, and I have ARP bolts for eddy heads, and they look short, but I might just not know what is normal for bolts. I have 3/4" of threads out the bottom of the head. Its accually only .618" with a washer and no head gasket.

And for you guys wondering, YES I am a very questioning person. It just looked short to me.

Kasey

I just spoke with ARP, and they use the same bolt kit length wise for the eddy heads, and stock cast heads, and if you go to studs, they are longer and 2 different kits. I had him give me lengths for both bolts kit, and they were the same.
