i have 73 duster that has front steer now
rack pinion
gioing to use the stock tie rod ends
but problem is rack sits to high for the
tie rods to travel up an down
i was told to put heim joints and spacers to bring the steering into place
the problem i see is when a car pulls the wheels off ground
the tires tend to shack quite violently
thus my question
will they hold up ??

If you get the geometry correct you wont have all
that shacking... you should use high angle heims also
