My 72 Polara came with the red circle Dodge hubcaps. I saw Herb's Parts offering a set for $325. Does anyone have first hand experience with these reproductions? How accurate do they look and quality? Thanks!

did you look in the for sale section? i believe there's a set for sale there, for something like 150-200 dollars?

Did it come from the factory with aluminum or stainless steel caps? My '72 Coronet came with the aluminum ones (still on the car) and I think they only reproduce the stainless steel ones.

Does anyone know what cars came with stainless steel and which ones got aluminum?

I believe the change happened during the 1970 model year.

I bought a set of the red stripe repro caps. They are awesome! One of the nicest repros I have seen yet.
