I was thinking that the jam bolt's that go thru the cover and against the bearing cap's was torqued at 10 ft#'s, but I lost the paperwork and my mind is going away,,, anybody know what it is supposed to be??.

your not looking to Preload it just hold it from moving. 10lbs is fine.
