Total car weight determines the spring choice. So if your car weighs in at 3600,get the 3600 rated spring.Same with trans,in your case you need the 4-speed springs.
Nautilus Racing- We use Superformance gaskets and Turbo Action converters/products.

You may want to try a lighter weight spring to keep the back end down. I have an E-body set that needed a 2" lowering block to sit level. I now have A Body springs and it sits level. 1.42 60 foot on Hoosiers.
I have had SS springs on my E-body's, and the newer ones are junk. They flaten right out, are uneven side to side, and arch the back on my up too far, by a bunch. Spend the money once and get split mono's and Caltrac's.. I run them on the street with zero gap, and they are perfect for the street. Actually a better ride than any SS springs I have ever had, and they sit level side to side...Not to mention, they are far lighter.
