The viberation in the middle of the tray caused the old one to crack along the edge,where it bolts to the heads.. If I order one of these units, I will no longer need the bolt setup on the heads? When we got the new tray, we ran beads of weld down both of the angles and welded a 4" long L shaped piece of aluminum to the underside to stiffin it up, its still on teh car after 7 years or so, no problems
