i was wondering if o 71 340 should have a 90 degree oil fitting on the block i am using the log manifold thanks LIKE TO SEE SOME PICTURES

I was told that only A bodies used the right angle filter for clearance issues and that everything else was the regular style

I believe this is accurate for 1971 and later. I know 1970 E-bodies used the right angle filter apapter, but I don't think 1971 E-bodies did
