Thinking of upping my compression to prevent the heads fromm sooting so bad. 10 to 1 with 440-1s now. Considering 12 to 1 with E85. I do the cruise night stuff. Anyone running it on the street? Likes and dislikes? What kind of fuel mileage are you getting?

I used to run it in all my cars when I lived near it, never a problem with it and unless you have a flex fuel car the MPG barely changes in my experiance. Still whenever I coss the country I run it anytime I can find it.

When I was running it I was able to get 89% of my best gasoline mileage. I had to drive nice though. 12-1 or higher will work great with E-85. The motor will run about 15-20 degrees cooler and make more hp and torque than on gasoline. The tuning window is alot broader than gasoline, it's alot more forgiving if your tune isn't spot on.
