The NOS ones from Chrysler have a letter stamped in the flat area of the threaded shaft. The factory version did not have this feature. If these are the same size, you could swap the Chrysler parts (rubber, washer, metal sleeve) to make a version that looks like the factory Chrysler unit. I will let you how this works!
