The only tab I can think of is part of the tension cables... If you have new cables then you'll have the tabs...

Your in luck. Those two holes are where the cloth backing screws into the frame. It's the piece of cloth that runs the length of the top between the frame and the top material. Screws go right through the material into the frame. The picture won't load. Not sure why I will try later.
