Also just in case you didnt know... turn down the T
bars before you pop the upper ball joints
EDIT again
I normally leave the nuts loose on the ball joints
then hit them with the pickle fork to get them to
pop free easier then turn down the bars

I did mine to make removal easy. The inner fenders are gone, the radiator support is cut out the only thing that sticks out are the stubs and the forward roll bars. The radiator mount is square tubing that bolts in. I don't have the best pics of it, but you should be able to get an idea. Not in chronological either.

Not possible to pull the fenders, front bumper and or hood off as one piece Depending on which year Duster, the fender bolts are along the inner fenderpanels, one or two at the bottom of the fender in front of the door and several behind the grill that bolt into the radiator support, two bolts on each side for the front valance(the sheet metal tying the two fenders together above the front bumper. Pull the front bumper off first and get it out of the way, pull the grill next and disconnect the wiring harnesses and unplug and disconnet the harnesses(two, engine and front end light wire narnesses) as needed and then remove them. Go after the front valence and then the fenders Not a big deal after you have done it once

Spray ALL the bolts with a good penetration oil... I'm
fighting all of them on my Rampage... and I've sprayed
them a few times

the front fenders/grill assemblies slide off as one piece..its still the stock steel fenders

also no inners ...but take a look and see if any of it can be useful to you..

I'm setting up my Rampage with a slide on front end
and my P-Body has it also... I can have the complete
front end off in under 5 minutes(fenders and grille)
2 Dzus fasteners, 2 front pins and 2 bolts... I'll
see if I can take some pics today of the Rampage
front end... might help you out... both cars are
tube chassis cars so the mount on the front slides
into the front of the tubing

No, I made the front end myself.
