In 1970 it ("71") was a (390) 15 x 7 Rallye Wheel -

1971 The Rallye code was "90"

Not sure about the 1971 Road Wheel code but it may have been "63" or a "65" - I don't have a car so equipped to check.

My 71 pack cuda has 14"road wheels (magnums) also .The build sheet reads (wheels 23) and (covers 24) the 24 must be the rings . my car was built on 5-26-71. Jay

What does it say on line 4 of the sheet under Wheels/Road?
