What plug do you guys recommend? I was running Autolite 3923's.

Thanks,

Greg

Sometimes it's not good being the first to reply on these nitrous threads. ...................................i prefer NGKs for the simple reason their more forgiving , nip a strap on an autolite & you've possibly damaged a piston , the NGKs are a bit like a fuse , genarally speaking you will loose a ground strap before a piston.

Do you have a PN? I'm having a hard time deciphering the project tip, heat range, etc... on the PN's. I've found a couple helpful sites (NGK's being one of them), but ended up ordering the wrong plug.

Thanks!

ps: no more than a 150 shot, probably sticking to a 125 this weekend.

R5671A-8 which should be the stock number 4554. that's a non-projected tip with a 5/8 hex,gasket seat with a .750 reach.

Steer away from the projected type plugs , these will have a 'p' in the part # , i use BCR8ES on alu heads , iron heads will be a different part number , maybe get a couple of sets (BCR7ES/BCR8ES) , 125/150 hit should be fine using the -7s , not sure if part numbers are different in United States , had issues with this before.

Just a little concerned the OP will keep taking fuel away if using the -9s on that small a shot.
