I guy I know had a crank like that in a B1 motor. We looked it over and thought it might be from Crower or COLA(no longer in business). But still not sure. I can't blow up the picture you posted so I cant tell, but the one this guy had had nicely finished counterweights and looked very high quality.

That looks like a billet crank... notice no forging
lines on it... I looked in my 2000 parts book and didnt
see any listing for a double key way crank

Chrysler sold these cranks under P/N P5249208 and superceeding P/Ns,they were supplied from various crank manufactures. They were forged and could be bought unfinished, both in raw forging or unbalance.P/N P5249164 was raw forged to be machine from 3.75 to 4.15 or smaller for oval track use.P5249503 was machined but unbalanced for aluminium or steel rod applications.Chrysler also produced the the Kellogg crank P/N P360285 and P4529095 fully radiused.

Crower and all the biggies mark them somewhere. You nedd to really if it was done with the little hand held engravers. They hardly leave more than a scratch.
