I doubt you will get that much out of it. If your lucky you might see .08"-.085" gain, but your also working with a damaged crank, so it could less than that. Your wanting to use the longer 7.1 rods in this engine also. This would require custom pistons. Your talking $300-$500 worth of machine work counting re balancing. In the end you still have a stock crank that has seen major abuse. Just to save a few hundred dollars. You can find cranks out there in the $500-$600 range if you shop around some. Those engines in my eyes are just to expensive to take chances on band-aid fixes. I have NOT had any problems with the cheaper off shore cranks, and I have run them all. Eagle,440 Source,RPM etc. They just need checked.

I would think it could be offset ground to 4.00 easy enough when going to a Chevy 2.2 rod.
the Eagle crank I have fitted for a low deck started out as a .010 undersize on the rods and easily went out to 3.895 , used that stroke because of a miscommunication in piston CH.

well BB mopar is 2.375 journal and the Chevy is 2.20 so you have .175 to work with offset it .125 with 95% of the cut off the inside should be no problem .125 X 2 will increase the effective stroke .250 .250 + 3.750 = 4.00 I could see getting 4.050 stroke.

Dodgem, no not really because you have to work from the journal centerline so the net is 1/2...like the difference between using the diameter and the raduis.
2.375/2 = 1.1875 2.2/2 =1.1
"gross" difference is .0875" x 2 =.175", by the time you allow for clean-up you typically "net" =.075-ish x 2 = .15 added to the stroke.
