blewbyu OP master Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 4,283 Florida	looked at a 68 charger today, here is the fender tag info: AB H M 54 7 6 H R XY 1 1 21 23 7 A1 TRM PNT V 50 8 4 C6X PP1 B XP29 62 5 43 830 114931 MAIN QUESTION IS ON A 68 FENDER TAGS IS THE BOTTOM LAST 6 DIGITS THE VIN OR ARE THEY JUST AN ORDER NUMBER? 69CoronetRT master Joined: Mar 2004 Posts: 8,948 Harlan, Iowa	A couple of observations... 62 on the tag only tells you it's a 383-4bbl. It does not tell you if it is an HP or not. I've yet to run across a documented 383HP in a 68 Charger especially a car with an automatic. LR started putting the VIN on 69 tags. Seeking: 1969 St. Louis plant VINs, SPD, and VONs. Over 2,000 thanks to you!
