They took the 10.5 cr, 235 hp/273 motor and just gave it a DEEP breathing exercise. Chrysler changed the 235hp solid cam to the 275hp solid cam (284-284/60 ovlp/.505in - .505ex) with matching springs. Good cam for the 273, as stated before, gotta keep the rpm's up in the midrange or above to make power. They also replaced the 500cfm Carter AFB, with the 700-750 Holley carb. Good package!!
