It will fit in a 66-67 Coronet. Several years ago there were some pictures floating around the net of a 66 or 67 Coronet convetible that had the Charger interior in it as well as the front grille/lights/rear panel. I think it was red exterior and had a hemi in it. It was a really sweet looking car.

Yes, everything will fit with maybe the exception of the rear seat/trunk divider. With some trimming that will also. You have to remember that a Charger was just a Coronet fastback.
If you are doing this in a hardtop car remember that the Charger had a different rear sear set up that was not designed to have the rear seat mount to a back unibody section. You will have to cut out a Charger peice and weld it in the hardtop car if you want the fold down trunk divider panel, which to me is one of the really nice 66-67 Charger featues. If you are doing a convertible you will also have to probably make some type of cosmetic tansition piece.
If you are going to do something like this you better really like it and do it for yourself because it will certainly not be a money maker in all likelyhood. 66-67 Charger parts are expensive. The electroluminescent rebuilding is very expensive. If you are going to rob Chargers of thes pieces make sure you get the entire dash frame and wiring harness as it is all different.

the rear buckets and console into a late model
I always thought that would be 'cool', having an longer 66-67 console go all the way back in a 68-70 Charger, with a pair of buckets in the back.

actually 66 was the only year for the long console. They changed it in 67 so that rear passengers could exsit from either side.
