Guys

I need to buy a new set of headers for a 1969 Super Bee. It has a 505 stroker with bulldog heads with standard location exhaust ports and dynoed at 650 HP, it is a four speed car with lakewood bellhousing and 143T flywheel. I am looking at TTI 2" or Dougs D452 2". Are the TTI's worth the extra $200 and why?

Kevin

I got Dougs. If I had it todo over again I'd go TTI. I have TTI from headers back, no complaints.

Buy TTI!!! If you pay a little extra, you're only out the extra. If you pay too little and you're not happy, you're out every dollar you spent!!!!

Be careful with that statement. RobX4406 may get mad at you. He LOVES the Dougs pipes.

Thanks for confirming you're a dick.

I don't have nor use BB headers so I have no comment.

Go suck on Sam for a bit, cause clearly you're not busy.

What I hate about TTI headers is the guys that buy them since everyone loves them and then they come on Moparts and whine about a fitment problem. Really who cares?

1970 FE5 Duster 360/904/3.91's SOLD 1973 TB3 SpaceDuster 340/4spd/4.10's SOLD Moparless for now but when the opportunity is right I'll have another one.

I think the TTI's are a waste of money. When you order them they yes you to death after you call them because they don't fit they tell you the truth. When I ordered my 2" nickel plated headers they told me they would work with my head studs and they said they would work with a stock full size starter. I was using a mini starter anyway so I was sure it would fit NOPE the mini starter I had wouldn't work only certain part # mini starters would work and the head studs yea they had to go also because the header flanges would not clear them. I used the TPIS headers on my Vette They cost $800 and installed in about 1 hour so I thought if I pay for good headers I would get good headers not with TTI.
